The world is changing at a dizzying speed, and its transformations are decisively affecting the fields of architecture and health.

Architecture seeks to respond to a social need, and the attitude of the architect is to empathize with the evolutions of the environment, both architectural, scientific, socio-cultural and health, to offer the best solutions.

This issue gathers in almost 300 pages the last decade of architectural production in the health sector of PMMT, one of the most important architecture studios specialized in this field.

A coherent “continuous work”, as defined by Juan Trias de Bes in the prologue, with 20 projects between hospitals, clinics and health centers developed with all the graphic and planimetric information necessary for their understanding.
